Here It Is . . .

TKW asked for it! I have a lot to say about this, but no time to write now (I guess I should feed my children dinner - ha!). My sisters called it a "mansion" when they visited for the first time. It is all about perspective! Unfortunately, in Houston, we cannot have basements and that means that more of the house is "upstairs" than in the homes that DH and I were used seeing in the Midwest growing up. Let me emphasize "seeing", not "residing in"! LOL!

There are a lot more pictures uploaded on Flickr than many of you may be interested in, but I put this badge on my family blog for them to see, too. You know how it is - gotta show Mom, FIL, SIL, etc. the place, too! If any of them lived closer, it would be a lot easier :-)

You have a beautiful home, Enjoy it - it does look like a mansion compared to some homes around here - but it's beautiful!

I think you should include a post on all the things your husband tore up/misplaced while moving in. I know you want to... ;-)
