HNT #2 - The Continuous Love KnotWhen Hubby and I got married, we didn't have rings to exchange b/c we decided at last minute to get hitched at the JP on Friday the 13th. On that day, we said our vows and went on our married way without a "symbol" of our commitment. Hubby ordered these awesome rings off of the internet, after much research for the perfect ones. Research is a big thing for him for everything, he is such an engineer - LOL!

Our rings were made in Ireland and bought from an Irish man in New Jersey - he had a killer accent and DH called as often as possible just to hear his voice! When they finally arrived in the mail, DH was out of town on business. I was so excited to have it that I put mine on before he was home (with permission) and loved showing it off. The Celtic continuous love knot wedding rings are hand-carved all the way around and through - unique and beautiful.

There have been times that I have been unable to wear it (argh!), but I never forget what it represents . . . my love, dedication, and commitment to my soul mate. This was inspired by the aching in my heart while he is gone for work, again {{{sigh}}}, I miss him already and it has only been 2 days.

OK, I'm all for loving the hubs and all that jazz, but I'm telling you...sleep in the middle of the bed while he's gone. It's the best sleep you'll ever have.

Isn't it amazing how much more we appreciate them when they return from being away for a bit?
