Don't Blame The Teacher For Everything!

Here is an interesting article about education in the United States today. Have you noticed how things have changed? As a teacher, I know the students today have it much "easier" than we did and feel entitled to things. If this generation of parents, that would be us, recognize this - can we change the mentality of future generations? I want to believe this can happen . . .

My first year in Katy I had three foreign students from the following...S. Africa, Venezuela and England...their demeanor in the classroom and feeling toward education was so vastly different from the rest of my kids. It was truly amazing to see this kind of contrast in one classroom.
