SPF #1 - Junk In My Trunk

This is my first time playing . . it is fun, I like to take pictures, I like to talk about me and my stuff . . . if you do, too, visit Kristine for the details.
This week's assignment:
1. Your Garbage Can
2 Your "Junk" Drawer
3. Your Trunk

This is really the only place that we could fit our garbage can - in the pantry. There is no room in our kitchen to leave it out in the open and provide easier access. If you notice DH had to cut out part of the bottom shelf for it to even fit in. About once every couple of months I notice that we never took the sticker off the front completely. Today is one of those days . . .
Here is the infamous "junk" drawer that every household has! I am surprised that we only have one, since I am a recovering packrat. I really try to throw things away, but sometimes it is hard to part with them. For example, coupons - there are lots of expired ones around my house. Keeping up with paperwork and organization are not some of my stronger points. I know DH is reading this right now and laughing his ass off (honey, try not to fall out of your chair)!

I *heart* my "new" mini-van! And have been making a conscious effort to keep it clean. This is hard with children - LOL! I have the armor wipes in thcubbyie on the left, a freezer storage bag (very handy in Texas), diapers and changing padsnugglyie for Loco, and stroller. Not bad!

My first time playing was fun! Did you play, too?

Oh, yeah . . . for my Blogger friends that miss Texas. Don't be too upset right now. We are in the beginningng of the stage where yellow pollen coats everything, I mean everything! I took this picture for you, so you can remember the fun of this crap :) Yes, I will be washing "my love" today on the way to my H.S.'s baseball game!

Do you still miss this place? LOL!

You need more junk in your junk drawer, like expired pizza coupons. Ha ha...

That yellow pollen is SICK!! Think my allergies would be seriously messed up if I was there.

I would love to play that gal's camera game...maybe I will!

Ah the yellow pollen days of spring. I don't know if it's this or the silk worms that used to attack us from the trees on our "natural" yard in Austin...tough to say...

(I'm lusting over your can-riser-shelf thingie...)

Cute Idea, but I am afraid ALL of mine would be too depressing (even sans yellow pollen shot!) ~ jb///

Ok, sorry to call you out, but you totally cleaned up & organized the pantry before taking that picture of the garbage can! Funny thing is that I have never even noticed the sticker on the trash can...

I would never take a picture of my garbage or my trunk, it would be too totally embarassing. The junk drawer, maybe, since everyone else has one that bad, too!

What kind of junk drawer is that?! I open mine, try to reach for something and always get poked by something that draws blood. Your drawer is mighty clean missy!
