These words came out of my beautiful stubborn girl's mouth less than an hour ago. She is trying her hardest to stay awake! I love that about her, even though it makes me exhausted. Thankfully, since we are out-of-town and waiting to celebrate the bulk of our Christmas until DH gets home, I have no wrapping or "work" to do tonight. It has been nice to sit back and relax. I did go and buy her a few things, so she will have some presents to open in the morning when we go over to DH's stepsister's house. Tonight a few presents were opened and she was sad b/c she only got one gift - PJ's - while others were opening several.
Usually this "down time" that I am using to blog would be spent playing cards! Whenever we get together with any of DH's family, we play Euchre' or Dominoes - the family is very competitive. We have a lot of fun and stay up late playing, eating, and drinking :) I am sad without DH here, I miss him and the games!
Here are a few more Christmas Eve pictures:

Loo yesterday, at Super Target , the Texas girl stompin' around in a snow pile! She loved it!

What adorable pictures. Your little girl wasn't giving up and the elf, too funny.
